Alloy Castings are manufactured using quality grade alloy. Metal or alloy castings are produced by pouring down molten metal or alloy into a definite shape of mould. The molten metal acquires the shape of the mould and gradually solidifies to give the desired casting part. Casting is done because there is hardly any technique that will bring out the desired shape as per the application requirements. Alloy Castings are demanded for good weldability, resistance to oxidation and ductility. These casted parts are used in various types of machinery, equipment, automobiles, and ships and boats.
